This whisky is called ”Milkshake and medicine” and
comes from a 1st fill barrel. 229 bottles were made. Barley and
alcohol in the smell. Almost like Spirit. Not much else is going on. Some
vanilla and meltet honey in the end.
Some oak comes forward in the taste. Not much else new
here. Some sugars in the finish… ZzZzZz… Not bad quality but very boring.
Give this some water. It mellows the alcohol and
brings some sugary notes forward in the smell. This is not a whisky that will
be remembered. I will give this 79/100 (19/20/21/19).
